Man hair loss

The reasons of men hair loss

About one-third of men between 18 and 60 are effected by hair loss. Among men between 30 and 60 years old this ratio becomes up to two-thirds.

Cause of hair loss in man

Normally it starts very slowly. In most cases, it manifests itself with dandruff or excessive sebum production. Among the factors that can aggravate the situation there are: daily hair washing, dandruff, excessive production of sebum. Because of this, the scalp loses its balance and is no longer able to properly assimilate the nutrients. Thus the hair loss begins that manifests itself in the area of the temples. Even the growth of thinner hair in the upper part of the head is indicative of the beginning of baldness.

Hair loss by hereditary factors up to baldness (Androgenetic Alopecia)

The cause of hereditary hair loss in humans is – as with any hair loss – to be investigated in a hormonal variation. In this case hair bulbs develop a hypersensitivity to the DHT hormone.

Circular hair loss in man (Alopecia areata)

Circular loss can occur anywhere in your head or beard. Short term hair loss will produce circular bald areas of various sizes. These areas are easily visible, as, depending on the type of haircut, they do not let themselves be masked. Factors of stress, poor diet, illness or psychological problems can be the basis of hair loss. In most cases however, it is a set of physical, psychological factors that cause the problem.

Total baldness in man (alopecia universalis)

In this case there is the loss of hair throughout the body at the same time. The causes for this form of baldness are many and range from a shock situation to poisoning.
